07-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • You notify us as early as possible within the return window.
  • Items are returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and components included.
  • Products that show signs of use or are not properly repackaged may not qualify for a refund.
  • Returns are accepted only in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted if you change your mind after purchase.

Accurate Product Representation

We are committed to helping customers make confident online purchases. Each listing includes detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and, where available, videos to accurately showcase the product.

If you change your mind after receiving your order,we will not be able to process the refund. We will process a refund for the product value within 7 business days of receiving it back. However, please note:

  • Shipping fees (both inbound and outbound) are non-refundable for returns made due to a change of mind.
  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and components included.

  • Your order number and details

We’ll promptly organise a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
