We create and sell metal silhouettes of bikes and cars. Apart from that We've got a huge variety for metal made clocks for various aesthetics like cafe, kitechen, cowboy, birds, animals, and intricate designs. 
These custom terms and conditions for Eternum Metalworks outline the rules for buying handmade goods, pricing, and project limits. 
Orders and Payments 

• Custom work: Requires a 50% deposit before production begins. 
• Final payment: Due immediately upon notice of order completion and prior to shipping or pickup. 
• Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be canceled once raw materials have been cut or processed. 

Shipping and Delivery 

• Lead times: Estimated production schedules are approximate and subject to change based on material availability. 
• Risk of loss: Responsibility for the products transfers to the buyer the moment the item is handed to the shipping carrier or picked up. 

Returns and Warranty 

• Inspection: Inspect your items immediately upon delivery and report any visible defects in writing within 48 hours. 
• Handmade variance: Minor texture or finish variations are natural in metal art and do not qualify as defects. 
• Liability limit: Eternum Metalworks is not liable for any indirect damages, and total liability is strictly limited to the original invoice value.
