Shipping policy

We use multiple sources for our deliveries, and all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Eternum Metal Works Melbourne offers Australia wide delivery for all products. Though a definite time for delivery cannot be stated considering there’s always a room for uncertainties; here’s a list for approximate delivery times to different states and territories:

• All orders are dispatched within 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

All orders are delivered during regular business hours. Courier companies require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered a card will be left with instructions about how to arrange collection. 

(PLEASE NOTE since COVID started, most courier companies do not take a signature instead of leaving the parcel in a safe place).
